DOWSIL™ PR-1200 RTV Prime Coat Clear, naptha based general purpose primer for use with all silicone elastomers & RTVs. It also promotes adhesion of certain one-part silicone sealants and coating to a variety of construction materials such as plywood, masonry and metal.

- Can be used on most metals, glass, ceramics, masonry and some plastics (including FR-4)
- Enhances adhesion of many moisture cure RTV and heat cure silicones
Application Methods
- Apply in a very light, even coat by wiping, dipping or spraying.
- Excess material should be wiped off to avoid overapplication.
- Diluting by a factor of 2 to 4 with additional solvent may avoid excessive build-up.
