The test machine is designed to measure a variety of different spring
sizes from a diamter of 80mm - 500mm and lengths from 150mm to 900mm. The
measurement can be carried out immediately after the manufacturing process is
completed, and if required can also be integrated into setting processes.
The machine guides the springs automatically and
the measurement of the spring is carried out following a pre-programmed cycle.
The individual springs will then be sorted according to wheter the test
paramenters were met or failed, these can be sorted accordingly.
The test cycle of the machine can be synchronised
to the production output of the spring manufacturing process in order to
maximise efficiency.
