For testing a
range of braking systems after maintenance, we have developed our flexible
brake tester. The control software allows for type-specific test programs to be
individually set up using user-friendly data entry and command structures, the
test cycle itself runs and processes the output data automatically.
The following tests can be
performed:
- Function of the unit
- Pressures
- Tightness
- Braking force
- Effectivity
of brake force adjustment characteristic
The resulting data analysis and test results can
be read on the screen, archived on a log file on the PC or server or can be
printed directly by the test machine.
